Founded by Detroit saxophonist, composer, and educator Marcus Elliot, Crescent Music Group provides refined live music experiences for corporate events, executive receptions, nonprofit galas, and private celebrations.
Drawing on more than two decades of experience as a performer, bandleader, and educator, Marcus brings together exceptional musicians who understand the importance of professionalism, adaptability, and creating the right atmosphere for each event. Marcus serves as a Lecturer at the University of Michigan and has been recognized with honors including the Kresge Artist Fellowship and the Joyce Award. Crescent Music Group was created to provide clients with a seamless, elevated live music experience rooted in artistry, reliability, and attention to detail.
